Shipping

I ship worldwide (with a few exceptions depending on location).

 

Shipping fee

I offer worldwide free shipping for all prints.

Original paintings do not include shipping, with additional shipping costs depending on country destination being added to the final price at checkout.

Canada: 18 CAD

USA: 28 CAD  

International: 38 CAD

 

Processing time

Each piece is carefully prepared and packed within 3 business days.

 

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch)

Canada: 1 week

USA: 1-2 weeks

International: 2-3 weeks

 

Delivery times may vary depending on location and postal conditions.
Please allow additional time during busy periods.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of the products, all sales are final and I do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

I will gladly arrange a replacement or solution.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email me within 7 days of receiving your package.

Include:

- Your order number

- Photos of the damaged item and packaging

I will review your request and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please allow a few additional days as delays may occur.

If your order still has not arrived after 14 days (Canada/USA) or 21 days (International), please contact me and I will assist you.

I am not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

 

Custom & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes depending on your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
